Dr Liubov Payne-Mivshuk

Biblical Studies · PhD in Theology

Liubov has a passion for the in-depth study of Scripture. She studied at Regents Theological College and Spurgeon's College, earning a PhD in Theology in the area of God's relation to creation and trinitarian theology. Liubov began her teaching career at Spurgeon's College, where as a Research Fellow she taught her first module, New Testament Christology. Since then, Liubov has taught at Wisdom College, and after a break, resumed teaching at her local church and at Good News Bible School. Her current interest is in the Old and New Testament books that deal with end-time prophecy.

Liubov is a church leader and is married to Pastor Simon; together they have two daughters.

Shan King

Ministry & Discipleship · PGDip Theology, Ministry and Mission

Shan has a passion for Christian discipleship, with a particular focus on sanctification and growing in Christlikeness. She studied at the Cambridge Theological Federation and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Theology, Ministry and Mission. After a career in banking, Shan responded to a call to Christian ministry and has since served in churches in both China and the UK. As a church leader, she is committed to discipling believers in their walk with Christ, with a calling to equip others for prophetic ministry.

Shan is happily married to James, and they reside in the Midlands, UK.

Hazel N. Williams

Hazel N. Williams is a relationship educator, author, speaker and Christian minister with over 20 years of ministry experience. She is the founder of Holding On Together, an initiative dedicated to helping couples reconnect before disconnection becomes crisis. Married for more than 37 years, and together with her husband Dennis for over 40 years, Hazel brings a wealth of lived experience to her work. She has also spent many years supporting couples through the realities of communication, conflict, intimacy, forgiveness and relational pressure.

She is the author of Holding On Together: Prayers for Couples Under Pressure and The Couples Workbook, practical resources designed to help couples strengthen communication, understanding and connection. Hazel holds the NCFE CACHE Certificate in Counselling Skills and combines counselling skills with biblical principles and practical relationship education in her work with couples.

She is an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine and a recipient of the CREA Global Award 2026. Through Holding On Together, Hazel delivers relationship webinars, workshops and couples wellness programmes, with a particular passion for helping couples address difficulties before they develop into crisis. At Good News Bible College, Hazel brings together biblical foundations, practical relationship education and the lessons gained through decades of marriage and ministry.
